Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we accept returns only for unused underwear items that are returned unopened.

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. However, this right applies only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unworn

• The item is unwashed

• The item is returned in its original, unopened packaging

• All original packaging and tags are untouched and intact

If the packaging has been opened or broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as permitted under EU law for hygiene-sensitive products.

To request a return, please contact us at bob@bobsjocks.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved items must be returned within 14 days of the return request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect on arrival.
