5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, returns are accepted only for unused underwear items returned unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies only where these conditions are met.
